They tell you off if you stay for more than an hour (maybe 40 minutes). They also tell you off if you charge your phone. There was an older gentleman who had set up something like a workshop, and they didn't say anything to him, which this gentleman couldn't believe. The Catalan gentleman, very friendly by the way, and me, Latino. Racism? I don't know... But what pissed me off the most was that they even wanted to charge me over €20 just to come and unlock my access... Anyway...

Storage unit with a friendly, almost unprofessional feel. They offer no service whatsoever, not even with a modicum of common sense, and it was only available for a couple of days, specifically on a Friday afternoon... I slept on the street with my belongings for two nights... This is the definition of low-cost, and there's no way to improve it in this case. Be careful with your belongings; I think they're quite thorough in keeping track of the contents of the storage unit if there's a payment issue...A big hug to my fans and my mom, who was furious when I told her the story 🫶

Discreet, intimate and with 24-hour service. Various types of storage rooms. High price for those of us who are just surviving and don't want to be expelled from the city that saw us born.

Expensive and a system with 0 flexibility. You can keep the trastero for 1 day in the whole month or 31 days and you will get charged the same thing. It’s so obvious that this doesn’t make sense. The reality is that the whole system is designed to take the maximum money from the customer rather than provide a great customer experience. Very Disappointing.
