The service I received from Silvia was beyond excellent. She was very attentive to my needs and adapted to my unique situation. The place has 24/7 access with your own code, which makes everything much easier. Highly recommended.
I would give them 6 stars for several reasons: first, the basics—it's a clean, well-lit, and secure storage unit with well-maintained equipment, video surveillance, and easy access. Second, the booking process was quick, everything was explained clearly, and they advised me on which product to choose (you never really know how much your belongings will be). The moving company they recommended was impeccable.But most importantly, every time I had an emergency with codes or keys, they were kind and quick to help. When I vacated the storage unit (because I was moving to another region), I left my keys 900 km away, and not only did they reply to my messages on a Friday at 10 PM, but my colleague got up at 9 AM on a Saturday to go and see if there was a spare key. She lives an hour from Barcelona, and it was the same. I've rarely seen such dedication in service. I'm very grateful and recommend them without hesitation!
Highly recommended. It's a very clean place, with a good security system and 24-hour access. I had the storage unit for two years and have absolutely no complaints. The service is excellent; I always received the necessary help, if needed, and very friendly treatment. Many thanks to Silvia; her service and dedication are incredible! Very nice and always willing to help.
