Yubox has been the best solution for my my storage needs. I am moving from a house to an apartment and need time to sort through my things a car load at a time, I didn't want everything arriving at the same time as with a normal removal service. The Yubox premises are clean and I have 24 hour access using a phone app. Maria is very friendly and helpful making the whole experience enjoyable. I will certainly use them again for my storage needs.

Excellent … First class service from start to finish and a big big thank you to Maria the office manager who is.very professional and quick to respond to any queries. I originally guessed which size storage room I wanted but as I started to put things in due to a house move, I realised that it was not big enough. A quick chat with Maria and she found me one the next size up. The storage facility is in 2 parts lower floor and the newly opened ground floor which is like brand new. This is were the office is and there is even a washroom and toilet in this block. There are 2 different types of trolleys provided. Entry is easy either by Bluetooth using their mobile app giving access to one of the outer doors and also your storage room, or there is also a keypad outside the building which opens just the outer doors in case you leave your mobile inside as long as it is not inside the locked storage room but a quick message to Maria and she can remote open it. I would give this 10 stars if I could.

I had an excellent experience with Yubox Storage. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The location is very convenient, and the overall organization and functionality of the storage facility are well thought out and easy to use. Everything felt secure, accessible, and professionally managed. A special mention goes to the owner, Maria, who is truly exceptional. She is very friendly, highly professional, and clearly knows her business inside out. She is always responsive, helpful, and brings a very positive attitude to every interaction, which makes the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend Yubox Storage to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed storage solution.

Great service. Access is through an app, and you can enter and exit your storage units whenever you want. I took advantage of a promotion and paid for a year in advance. I highly recommend it.
