It has been a pleasure renting storage from Trastelia. Pedro, who has been my main contact, has been acting promptly and professionally since day 1. I especially appreciate personally customer approach, and their ability to go above themselves and find solutions together when needed. This is a rare thing these days.Trastelia has been a major upgrade as owner of these storage rooms. High recommended.Note: Reason for 4 out of 5 stars is the location vs parking. There is unfortunately no way to load / unload without having to walk a bit, and 9 out of 10 times you will be blocking other cars while doing so. Trastelia has equipment you may borrow for free to handle this, but it would a significant upgrade if they found a way to have their own parking spots with "easy access".
Very good customer service, clean and accurate storage units. Would use again.
Was slightly anxious as I am not used to just using an app service. The photos on Google maps were blocked out by a catering trailer. Arrived at the storage which is in a superb central location. Facilities were spotless and very secure. Storage room was much bigger than I expected. Superb service and excellent value for money. Would certainly recommend to anyone. Well done. 5 stars.
