Rent self storage from Trastelia

I rented a storage unit for a month, and at the end of the month, they only returned half of my deposit, using the excuse that it had to be canceled 10 days in advance. Everything is done through a mobile app, and I canceled it 3 days early, but after that, I couldn't access it anymore. Since they use the 10-day excuse, you end up paying for 30 days but only getting to use the unit for 20. They are complete scammers. This is the first and last time I'll ever use them.

I've had a very good experience with Trastelia. The service has been excellent — very professional and approachable. They showed great understanding and patience when I had an unexpected issue, always with clear and kind communication. Fully recommended. Thank you very much for everything!

We received this storage unit at very short notice while we were in Spain, and we couldn't be more grateful. From day one, the service has been excellent. What we value most is that we can access our storage unit at any time. In addition, the security is impeccable, with numerous surveillance cameras and excellent access control. Whenever we've needed to contact the staff, they've responded immediately and helped us with everything we've needed. The storage units are very clean, organized, and easy to use. It's also a great advantage that they provide trolleys for easily transporting things from the car to the unit. During the winter, they have heating, which helps protect your belongings and prevent potential damage from the cold or damp.At first, we only planned to rent the storage unit for a few days, but a year later, we're still using it. That speaks volumes about how satisfied we are with the service. We had previously rented a storage unit from another company in Spain, and unfortunately, they ransacked our belongings and ended up stealing some things. That's why we value the security and peace of mind we've found at Trastelia even more.We recommend Trastelia 500%!

Great place, always clean and available. A very well-maintained place; I've left my personal belongings like clothes and they're being kept in perfect condition. I'm very happy with the service.
