My experience has been terrible; I feel disappointed and scammed. They showed me a storage unit of a certain size, we agreed on a price, and I paid the agreed-upon price. With all the logistics of the truck and helpers paid, I realized that the invoice didn't show the agreed-upon size. It was a surprise to discover that, upon arriving at the location, the storage unit was practically half of what I had contracted. Nowhere on the invoice was the size of the storage unit mentioned. For example, I contracted a 3x3 storage unit, and when I arrived at the location with all the logistics of the truck and helpers, I realized that the storage unit was much smaller. Their response was, "Do you want your money back?" And my question was, "Are you going to refund my money with all the logistics already taken care of?" That's not what they always do to get you as a client. Everyone goes out of their way. Once they have you, they wash their hands of it and don't understand the reasons why. Because the client isn't right if they don't even make the slightest effort.

I was looking for an urgent storage unit, and they provided a solution in literally an hour, so I found the customer service fantastic. The facilities are very clean and new, with electronic security in the storage units, which provides added security. I should also emphasize that the price is very good for the area. Thank you for everything.
