A terrible experience. I live abroad and we rented a storage unit here. They advertise 24-hour service, but it's not true. We've left countless messages and called several times because the app (digital access) doesn't work at all; there's no signal, and they don't answer our calls or return them. I feel scammed and I'm genuinely afraid I won't be able to recover my belongings.

My experience has been terrible; I feel disappointed and scammed. They showed me a storage unit of a certain size, we agreed on a price, and I paid the agreed amount. After paying for all the logistics—the truck and helpers—I realized the agreed-upon size wasn't listed on the invoice. It was a shock to discover that, upon arriving at the location, the storage unit was practically half the size I had booked. The size of the storage unit wasn't mentioned anywhere on the invoice. For example, I booked a 3x3 meter unit, and when I arrived with all the logistics—truck and helpers—I realized it was much smaller. Their response was, "If you want, we'll refund your money." My question is, are you going to refund me after all the logistics have already been done? That's not how things work. It's what always happens when they try to get you as a customer; once they have you, they wash their hands of it and refuse to listen to reason. The customer isn't right if they don't even make the slightest effort.
