We've been renting a storage unit from them for a while now, and of all the ones we've tried, they're the best. They have very competitive prices and excellent customer service. I definitely recommend them.

Safe and suitable conditions. Genesis was very helpful, kind, and attentive. My only complaint is that after some repairs, it wasn't as clean as usual, but they did provide us with materials to protect our belongings inside the storage unit.
