Horrid communication and service system. I come from far away and it's always the same problem: the automatic door opener for my storage unit doesn't work. You call or write and nobody answers. But when it comes to taking your money, they're always on hand. Nothing more to say.
So far, my experience renting the storage unit and accessing it has been good. The facilities are in very good condition and clean. I rented a 3m² storage unit, and it's all usable space, which is much appreciated.
Terrible service. In the same month, I've been unable to access the site twice on a Sunday, and at least once out of every two times, I have to call. And since this company doesn't provide support on Sundays, we haven't been able to log in. They're incredibly efficient at collecting payment, but the service is awful.It's a shame because if it worked properly, it would be an ideal solution.I've requested complaint forms twice, both in writing and by phone, and nobody has lifted a finger. Never...
