We received excellent advice on choosing the right storage unit size. Throughout our stay, we always had easy access to our belongings and retrieved them as fresh as when we put them in – no musty smells, no mold – excellent storage conditions! Highly recommended!
My stay in Neustadt unexpectedly lasted 16 months. I needed to rent storage space at very short notice, and this was arranged without any problems. They gave me all the time I needed, even without knowing how long I would need the storage. From our initial conversation to our warm farewell, Messrs. Schäfer and Wippich were fantastic partners. Access was granted within two minutes on every visit, and they were very accommodating to special requests outside of regular hours. A small, last-minute transport was handled professionally at a very fair price. They also run a reasonably priced online moving shop. It's worth checking out.The storage unit was clean, dry, and under excellent security.All in all, Wippich and Schäfer are a wonderful, friendly team, and their personal accessibility puts a purely technical self-storage service to shame.And for any ladies interested... the two owners are also very handsome :)It was a pleasure. Thank you for everything.
