My stay in Neustadt unexpectedly lasted 16 months. I had to rent the unit at very short notice, but it was arranged without any problems. They gave me as much time as I needed, even though I didn't know how long I'd need it. Mr. Schäfer and Mr. Wippich were fantastic partners from the first conversation to the warm farewell. Access was granted within two minutes for every visit, and special requests outside of office hours were handled very kindly. A small, last-minute transport was handled professionally at a very fair price. They also run a reasonably priced online moving shop. It's worth a look. The storage unit was clean, dry, and well-monitored.All in all...Wippich and Schäfer are a fantastic, friendly team, and their personal accessibility puts a purely technical self-storage facility in the shade.And for those interested...the two owners are also two very nice guys :)It was a lot of fun. We needed temporary storage space for our move on relatively short notice and found what we were looking for at Selfstorage. Everything went smoothly, from the initial inquiry to returning the keys. They even accommodated us for weekend storage outside of regular business hours, as the distance made it impossible for us to arrive during opening times. The storage unit was dry and clean, the team was friendly, and access was easy and straightforward.If we need storage space again, we'll definitely come back!
