I'm absolutely thrilled with stauraum.de in Bremen-Neustadt!The store is spotlessly clean and bright, which immediately makes a professional and positive impression. The aisles are pleasantly wide and clearly signposted, making it easy to find your way around. A huge plus is the large freight elevator, which makes loading and unloading heavy and bulky items extremely easy.The well-thought-out overall concept is particularly noteworthy: The basement storage area offers consistently good conditions in terms of temperature and humidity, which is ideal for the stored items.The absolute icing on the cake, however, are the free ladders available. This allows you to make optimal use of the full height of the 2.65 m storage units without having to lug your own ladder around. This is a great service that makes all the difference.A perfect all-around service – highly recommended!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have been a customer for 2 years and happy with the service, though there was some setback with the flood in 2023, the management could handle it and communicate with customers thoroughly and efficiently ensuring the spaces are back to its initial situation (dry).I also needed to downside my box and the staff made sure i didn’t need to wait for long bureaucracy and it was done in a blink of an eye.If you need support just ask them in person or per email and they will assist you.
