Not recommended. Fender, hood and roof smeared with glue. Window smeared with glue in the middle inside. Absolute useless, never again. After a complaint, a "new window was installed" in Bremen North. Then the question arose as to whether the 1.5 year old car was a total loss due to a dent in the roof. Unbelievable.
One star is too much. The rear window of our car was smashed. This shop was assigned to us by our insurance company as a service provider. According to Google, it's open from 9:00 AM. However, when we arrived on time, it was closed. When we inquired at the neighboring company, they told us that if anyone is there at all, it's only on Mondays, and even then, only sporadically. A call to the company resulted in us being told to wait a week without a replacement rear window... We will report this to our insurance company and recommend removing this shop from their list of service providers. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!
Excellent experience; I got an appointment at short notice, the windshield was replaced within a few hours, and I was given a loaner vehicle. You need to know your way around carefully when driving there, as the competition is also right around the corner.
Top auto glass repair shop! :) Super friendly and competent receptionist. Very competent and friendly workshop staff! I dropped off my car in the morning and picked it up again in the afternoon, including a free loaner car. The new windshield was installed perfectly. I will definitely recommend them!
