After months of hassle and involving a lawyer because we had no access to our belongings, we were promised compensation about four months ago. We haven't received it, even after repeated requests, and we haven't heard back. This is truly the most incompetent and dishonest company we've ever encountered.
I rented a Storebox in October. The door has been broken since November and I can't get to my things. Emails are not responded to and the hotline is not helpful either.
