Unfortunately, I have to retract my 5-star review. When a unit is available, you get it quite quickly, and the provider strives for a smooth process. HOWEVER: after I cancelled my lease, I was billed for damages that were already present when I moved in and were documented with photos on the handover protocol. The bill for repairing these "new" damages came to €600 (!!). After much back and forth via email, the overpaid rent and most of the deposit were reluctantly refunded. Unfortunately, I'm still chasing after the remaining amount (which is still not fully refunded, as I cancelled on August 1st) as of today (October 22, 2025). My only remaining option is legal action. A little tip for existing customers: if you want to get through to someone on the phone, while on hold, press the number for "new customer / interest in a unit"; no one answers for existing customers.
Everything went perfectly! The warehouse is in excellent condition and everything proceeded as agreed beforehand. Thank you very much!
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Any questions are answered immediately. Truly excellent.
