Unfortunately, I have to retract my 5-star rating. When a unit becomes available, you get it fairly quickly, and the provider strives to ensure a smooth transaction. BUT: after terminating the lease, I was billed for damage that was already present when I took over and was noted with photos on the handover report. The bill for repairing the "new" damage was €600 (!!). After much back and forth via email, the overpaid rent and most of the deposit were reluctantly refunded. Unfortunately, to this day (October 22, 2025), I'm still chasing the amount, which hasn't been fully refunded (the notice was given for August 1). My only option now is legal action. A little tip for existing customers: if you want to get someone on the phone, press the number for "New Customer / Interested in a Unit" while on hold. Existing customers don't answer. ;)

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Any questions are answered immediately. Truly excellent.
