We stored an entire household here for several months. Everything went perfectly, from booking and storage to pickup and cancellation. The rooms are very, very clean – even after several months, there was no dust or dead animals. The caretaker and the lady in the office were very nice and helpful. A very large trolley is available for transporting items into the unit. The space in front of the storage unit is generous, so you can easily park your private car or a large moving truck. The system with the double locks and code seems very secure. We highly recommend this storage unit and would book here again at any time.
We are very satisfied; the price is more than reasonable. I would only deduct one point because the parking lot could be in better condition and an automatic gate at the exit would be more convenient. Of course, it's not a big deal...
I had a storage unit with First Elephant for two years up until yesterday and if I could I would give it 10 stars I was so completely satisfied. The whole team is friendly, polite, flexible and very competent. From the very first meeting, which included a consultation, I felt in good hands and not for a minute did I feel like I was being talked into something. As I was completely clearing out my house because I was moving abroad, I had to change storage units a few times which was never a problem. On the contrary, they responded flexibly and accommodatingly to my requests. The units themselves are clean and, above all, dry. The prices were very fair and they also offer various discounts. I would 100% recommend this company. If I need a storage unit again it will definitely be them again.
