I unfortunately have to revise my initially very positive opinion. At first, I was very satisfied with the studio and especially with the results. However, over time, the quality steadily declined, even though I now pay more than I did at the beginning. (A manicure without a special design initially cost €25, later €32, and of course, more elaborate designs cost more.)The lack of hygiene is particularly disappointing. Files and nail bits aren't changed between clients, as is unfortunately common in many budget salons. As long as the result is good, one might overlook this – but when the quality of the work deteriorates at the same time, it's no longer acceptable. The work is becoming increasingly sloppy, the cuticles are often not properly treated, and overall, the nails no longer look carefully done.I frequently had my nails done with chrome. Unfortunately, the chrome effect often only lasted one or two days before it wore off noticeably. That's not what I expect at this price.I also found the way feedback was handled unpleasant. During the appointment, the studio manager repeatedly pressures you with leading questions like, "It turned out beautifully, didn't it?" or "Wow, you like it, don't you?" This makes it difficult to honestly say if you're not satisfied with the result.I also find their handling of illness problematic. One employee was clearly ill during my appointment, constantly coughing and sneezing, yet still treating clients. Although she wore a mask, it was positioned below her nose and therefore barely served its purpose. Furthermore, the owner had a visible eye infection for months. Since some forms of illness can be contagious, I consider it unprofessional to continue treating clients in this condition.Another point of criticism is the appointment scheduling. Even if you explicitly book an appointment with a specific nail technician, they still try to transfer it to someone else. First, they ask if another person can at least do the preparation. If you agree, they then immediately ask if this person can also take over the rest of the process. This makes you feel pressured, and your original request isn't truly respected.Overall, I'm very disappointed. It's a shame, because the studio really had potential at the beginning. Now, the quality, the service, and the hygiene standards are all unacceptable to me, which is why I can no longer recommend it.

Leider eine der schlechtesten Shellac-Maniküren, die ich je bekommen habe. Schlecht gefeilt und anders, als ich wollte,, jeder Nagel ist anders, teilweise mit scharfen Kanten. Unsauber lackiert, teilweise Bläschen auf den Nägeln und vorne keine Farbe. Habe mehrfach versucht, darauf hinzuweisen, dass ungleich gefeilt wurde, aber eine Kommunikation war nicht möglich, da der Mitarbeiter kein deutsch sprach. Ich kann den Laden nicht empfehlen.

I'm extremely satisfied with the work Sea Beauty Nails does. All the staff are very friendly. They always ask what you'd like, including the shape and color. They regularly check in to make sure everything is okay. The staff are very attentive. They also offer suggestions, which you can accept if you don't like them, but they're happy if you do. The price is absolutely fair.Even on very short notice, appointments are possible, and you're always seen very quickly if you have an appointment.
