Absolutely not a recommendation. I was a customer for several months, and contact was generally always prompt and professional. Until valuables were taken from my storage unit. I reported this immediately. Then, unbelievably, I couldn't view the surveillance camera recordings due to a "technical defect." I relied on Lagerfuchs here, so I didn't report the incident to anyone else at that time. Due to the resulting loss of time, "there's nothing more that can be done." You pay a correspondingly high rent compared to other lockers. And then, as in my case, there's no sign of the surveillance at all. Never again Lagerfuchs.
