Constantly raising prices despite a contractually agreed 3% annual increase, they're now raising them by 30%. Not recommended; there are better and cheaper options.

We often give feedback on products. Yet, how companies resolve challenges involving clients is more telling of a company's makeup than their products. I missed 6 monthly payments for my unit in Oberkrämer, Gewerbepark.. Unintentionally. Completely unaware. When I received a termination notice and request to evacuate my unit, it came out of nowhere. I was in Canada. I panicked. I was convinced they were wrong bc I was depositing money regularly in my account. I felt unjustly victimized and my communication to the company had angry undertones. They remained professional. It turned out I WAS WRONG. I was lucky to be dealing with a company that took my explanations into account and revoked the termination. They also set clear boundaries for the future. I appreciated everything they did: being firm and clear , yet accomodating and trusting of my personal circumstances. This is what a good company does - allows itself to go outside the prescribed box when the circumstances justify it. Be understanding and flexible. This is why Storage24 gets my 5 stars review. And to their customer service reps, Natalia in particular and Steven: Thank you. Oh, and their facilities are brilliant too. Im in Berlin. I dont believe you can find better than Storage24.

Price/performance ratio is no longer right! Unfortunately, the access is open - no gate system.The yard is constantly blocked by parked cars, making it difficult for people to drive their vehicles into their parking spaces!This should be improved!I think gates are important, as are clear regulations in the parking lots. I was unable to drive my 6.35 m long vehicle into my parking space twice because of the parked vehicles.

Regular rent increases. After two years, the rent almost doubled.The garage is advertised as being approximately 8 meters long. In reality, it was only 7.70 meters – be sure to measure it if this is relevant (e.g., whether a caravan or motorhome will fit).After giving notice, despite my repeated requests (later demands), the garage was not inspected and handed over. Finally, I returned the keys by registered mail. Despite this, I received repeated reminders. Then came apology emails announcing that the return would be facilitated. This has not happened to this day.Very unprofessional.A subsequent handover report, completed without my presence and without prior notice, does not reflect the condition I remember when the garage was left. For example, it claims there are various stains on the floor. This is surprising because there was a caravan parked there, which wasn't even filled with liquids. Nothing was stored there either.Numerous inconsistencies and abysmal service.When the garage door broke down, it wasn't repaired initially. Then, when the car got stuck in front of the garage because the door wouldn't open, a warning was issued very quickly – even though the problem was with the rental property.All in all, a rather disappointing experience.Two stars for the fact that large garages are available at all.As I said, it's crucial to measure to ensure the offered garage actually fits your needs. If you complain about the size, they simply say that these are approximate measurements.
