I needed a rental at very short notice and I wasn't disappointed. Everything was transparent, prompt, and straightforward from the very beginning. The staff were available, patient, friendly, and helpful every step of the way. I can wholeheartedly recommend this rental service.
As a business owner, I wanted to rent a warehouse. 19% more than if I did this as a private person. Gross deposit, +10% operating costs and, last but not least, €100 processing fee. Otherwise it can be clean, close and online 24 hours a day.A little information about the answer from the owner. VAT is already included in the offer price on your site. So the price is 19% higher.
I reviewed the rental terms and conditions before signing a contract. I know there are rules here that I'll abide by. If I don't agree with these rules or they don't suit my intended use, I'll rent elsewhere.Therefore: I urgently needed storage space. Renting was straightforward and quite quick. Moving in and out is fully automated (internet-based), and the hotline staff were always friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend Storage24.
Large and well-maintained warehouse. Renting was seamless, and the key handover via mail worked well. Communication via email and phone was also excellent.
