Except the quality lf beds clean and decent budget friendly hotel. It is an advantge they have underground parking place by 10€ daily fee. Friendly personnel.
Total disappointment in this hotel, I do not recommend it. Very bad smell, cigarette smell in the rooms. The staff were very rude, aggressive, we had to ask them to clean once more every day, with a wet mop they once washed the bathroom, bedroom and hall. The lady at breakfast is very aggressive. Don't waste your money on this miserable hotel.
Really not sure what the bad reviews are about - I’ve stayed here twice in the past year and both times it’s been really good.My last stay was €40 for a single room and it was about the same the previous time. Can’t really go wrong for that price.Check in is fine. Nice and quick with instructions on how to get back into the building after 23:00 when the front desk is closed.Rooms are old, but huuuuge. You get almost a studio apartment worth of space for 40 quid. Bed is quite small for the size of the room, but no issues at all since it’s still nice to have the space. Having a couch in the room makes it feel like it should have cost twice the price.Shower gel and hand wash is provided in the toilet. Hairdryer is terrible, but I wouldn’t expect more in fairness.Location is really good. About 10min walk from Krefeld Hbf. It’s easy to get back to after a match in Mönchengladbach.Overall I’d definitely stay there again and will probably look into it for the next match.
