Tiny apartments for a long stay like a month. Very expensive for a apartment on a noisy street with slow wifi connections. Checking out from the apartment was a nightmare. Just 6-8 hrs before checkout, CityStay mailed us with the norms of cleaning. This happened when the weekly cleaning was also included in our room tarrif. Things like garbage disposal after segregation of plastic, cardboard, etc. We had left the apartment with basic cleaning done. After checkout they mailed us saying that they needed 8 hrs to clean a 43m2 apartment and charged us extra 200 CHF for the cleaning time. Every week their professionals cleaned the rooms and now they say that the apartment needed extra cleaning time.They are just finding ways to make money. Not recommended. Better options available with less stress and cheaper the price.

its like a bad hotel, but with all the disadvantages of an airbnb.Changed the adress last minute before check in, elevator was not working. Support only remotely.Definitly overpriced.

We had a great stay, beds were super comfy, beautiful bathrooms, easy check in and check out, very responsive reception. Wish we had more shampoo / shower gel for 3 people, otherwise no complaint !
