Place B's storage units offer excellent value for money. The location is close to the city and easily accessible. The units are clean. Customer service is friendly and helpful.
I've been renting here for almost two years now and have had a great experience.The self-service system allows me to use my storage space anytime. It's very clean and tidy. Highly recommended!
There was water damage in the storage unit during my tenancy. I had to dispose of some items (sofa, sideboard). My contents insurance covered the cost. Place B promised compensation in the form of a rent reduction, which I felt was only fair given the inconvenience. Unfortunately, I haven't received this reduction to date.
