Out of the 7 time i tried to access the box, the elevator worked only 3 time. Wasted money on the van rental, and wasted time. No access without the elevator.

Great storage box in a perfect location for me. Everything works with the app, which is reliable but a bit slow. The customer service replied quick and was very friendly.
Super flexible and uncomplicated... start paying/using it when you need it and stop when you don't. The access system works well and the equipment provided gives you everything you might need to easily move in. I will definitely be using Boxly again if needed.
