Excellent Facilities, clean, dry. They provide a safe lock, elevators, and carts. Bruna and Telma from the front desk are super friendly & helpful. Room for improvements: opening hours, customers could be granted access after work hours, as this is the case in other cities. The owner (or really just the investor, a french guy) is also a pain, who can't tell you enough about his rules, and what you can DO for him instead of what he can do for you. He should read a book on customer service. Was very rude to us for using more than 2 carts on our firs day, even though we weren't informed about the rule, and we were the only ones in the building close to closing hours, so not taking them away from anyone else. There was absolutely no need for his tone...

I have been a customer of MSpace since it opened. It is new and clean with a large freight elevator and very secure locking systems.The greatest advantage of this storage facility, in my opinion, as compared to all others in the area is that it has a section that is humidity-controlled. There is a high-tech, industrial dehumidifier system that maintains the humidity of the entire area at no more than 55%.This one feature allows you to safely and confidently store art work, furniture and other items that could be damaged by high humidity and mold. I don't understand why more facilities don't offer this. It's now to the point that most facilities in the US are humidity-controlled.The management is also very helpful and friendly, and English-speaking which is great since I'm still learning Portuguese!
