We rented a storage unit at Control Space and unfortunately had a very poor experience.In February 2025 we discovered significant mould damage affecting several belongings stored in the unit, including luggage, leather bags and other personal items. We reported the issue immediately and provided photos and a detailed list of the damaged items.The estimated value of the damage is over €4,000.Control Space informed us that the matter had been referred to their insurance company. However, over a year later the claim still remains unresolved. Despite repeated follow-ups we have not received the insurance claim reference or any compensation.After we reported the mould issue, the unit was flooded with strong cleaning chemicals, which caused additional damage to several items due to the chemical smell and residue.Communication has been slow and unclear, and we have repeatedly been redirected between the storage company, the insurance adjuster and the insurance company without anyone taking responsibility or providing a clear resolution.Based on our experience, I would be cautious about storing anything here until the company improves how it handles mould issues, damage claims and customer communication.

A really safe, fast, discret and easy (even to park) storage service in Campo de Ourique area. Its modern, the staff are kind and the prices are fair. Truly 5 stars.
