Fantastic service! They did 3 moves of ours - one from home to storage, second from office to storage and then both in one go to the new home. The third one was my mother's - moving her from A to B in one day. We were very happy with the crew as well as the project managers. Price was also very reasonable! Definitely would recommend!

I've found Box2Box after doing some research about 'storage services' around Madrid and chose them because they seemed like a techy service and had good pricing.Since then, I've been living a nightmare regarding their Customer Support and their supposed 'advantages.' Some things that they advertise are not true:1. 'Inventory 100% online - Very easy, visualize it through the online inventory.'There are no pictures of your items, and even if you label your boxes, you won’t be able to find them in their inventory, since they only use a generic two-word item name. For example, we have four 'white boxes' listed in the inventory, and we have no idea which is which.------2. Pay only for the space that you use.That's also not true. We have a contract for 9m³, and after several withdrawals, our volume went down to 5m³. They never reduced our monthly cost. On the other hand, when we tried to put the same volume back into storage, they claimed it would be 9.5m³ and said we needed to increase our subscription.------3. Zero additional costsThey charge extra for almost everything: if they can’t park on your street (>50m), if you have stairs, if you don’t pick up the phone... So there are A LOT of additional costs. Of course, it’s their right if it’s in the contract, but 'Zero additional costs' is definitely false advertising.---If it were just that, I’d never write this review, but after being disrespected multiple times by their Customer Support and seeing them brag about their 4.9 score in Google Reviews in each email they sent, I had to describe the nightmare I’m living.They are rude, they don’t listen, they repeat the same snippets over and over, and you will have to challenge them about their own contract just to get what you paid for.Honestly, it felt like I was playing a game where I was talking to a rude NPC and had to find the 'perfect argument' to get what was fair.In the end, the good pricing was not worth all the stress and disrespect I faced with them. So if you are thinking about hiring them because of it, please consider that your relationship with them will not be easy.EDIT: After the final delivery of my itemsUnfortunately, things got even worse after my first review.During the final delivery, two of my items went missing. Instead of acknowledging this properly, Box2Box marked the delivery as complete and even attached a fake signature in my partner’s name to the confirmation document.The Madrid storage facility where our items were handed over has no cameras, no gates, and no visible security at all. You can check the picture attached.To make matters worse, we still have not received a proper response from the company, even after contacting their CEO directly and providing all the details.At this point, between the poor customer service, misleading advertising, missing items, forged documents, and the lack of basic security, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Great service! I’m an international student who needed to store some things over the summer break, and I found box2box to be incredibly convenient and organized. Pickup and drop off was very quick and simple. The guys working were very kind and detailed. I recommend this service to anyone looking for an easy storage option!
