A great example of why it’s worth paying a little more than the cheapest storage option to get superior service. Not only is the app a great way to access your storage, but the service from the team was exceptional. I want to thank Miguel who was so helpful and communicative from the start, before I booked, after I booked, and even needed to change my unit to a larger one - he helped me tremendously and went above and beyond the expectations, and I’ve put my trust in Control as a result. I have used control space before without any problem. But now my second time, they first made the mistake of giving the box I reserved away to someone else. After a lot of back and forth I got another storage unit but when I arrived the app wasn’t working and I couldn’t get in. I was unable to reach anyone for help, even the emergency line. I had to leave and come back the next day and again nobody is available and the emergency line isn’t working either. This is really not ok. I’m in the middle of a move and have nowhere to go to store my belongings. The emergency line should be working, that’s a bare minimum!

Excellent system and service! Other than a small hiccup at the beginning (I could not move in on a Sunday, the lock was faulty - can happen, minor technical issue - and on Sundays there is no one around to help out, so I recommend scheduling moving in on a weekday), the process has been super easy, modern and user friendly. No hassle. My initial issue was resolved quickly and professionally, if there were irregularities they were always communicated clearly and upfront. I am very grateful with the professional service, truly exemplary!

It was super easy to use the warehouse, I booked a locker that I hadn't realized was higher up. Diandra was super helpful and showed me that they have a ladder (not a stepladder) to access the box. I really liked the solution of being able to enter and leave whenever I wanted through the app, even if the staff weren't there. I took the opportunity to charge my car for free :)
