Excellent Facilities, clean, dry. They provide a safe lock, elevators, and carts. Bruna and Telma from the front desk are super friendly & helpful. Room for improvements: opening hours, customers could be granted access after work hours, as this is the case in other cities. The owner (or really just the investor, a french guy) is also a pain, who can't tell you enough about his rules, and what you can DO for him instead of what he can do for you. He should read a book on customer service. Was very rude to us for using more than 2 carts on our firs day, even though we weren't informed about the rule, and we were the only ones in the building close to closing hours, so not taking them away from anyone else. There was absolutely no need for his tone...
