very unattractive. Rats and moths in old moldy premises. Not recommended if you have expensive electric scooters or clothes. Electric scooters were exposed to rats, and clothes were exposed to moths.

Hi, I initially had problems getting into the warehouse (May 16, when I was busy), but was later told that they close after 11:00 PM (which is probably a good idea for security reasons, but it is not open 24 hours a day). But they always respond to inquiries and are very helpful (they answer the phone even when they are on vacation). So afterwards I have only good experiences. And can recommend the warehouse center to anyone who needs storage in the center of Bergen. Sigurd Aae Klausen

First ordered storage in February for March-April, but received February-March. Contacted the office and it was corrected and the money refunded and deducted again in March. In March I found out that I need another storage, ordered and deducted money from my husband's bank card, but since no confirmation came, money was deducted from my bank card for the second storage. Contacted the office explained that my husband paid for one and I for the other and asked to send my money back, but got an answer that I should pay for both and my husband should get the money refunded. It's ok, he got the money, we used 2 stalls for 1 month and the notice was sent, but in a month my husband was again deducted for the stall that he never rented out, because both stalls were eventually rented to me and I was deducted. Contacted the office again and the money was refunded to my husband. A lot of mess... frustrating but the mistakes were quickly corrected. The warehouse itself was clean and in a good location
