Bad customer service. Ordered a warehouse and when I drove to the warehouse I was not told which warehouse belonged to me. Called customer service and they said they would fix it, which they did not. Tried to call back several times but they did not answer the phone. Waited for 5 hours at the warehouse because we had things that needed to go into the warehouse that we could not leave, but we did not get a warehouse.
Well-run warehouse with good customer service. Always responds quickly to phone or email and is very helpful.
The Tønsberg warehouse suited us perfectly. Beautiful, clean new containers standing indoors and available 24/7. You never know when you'll need what you have in the warehouse.
