We have used a storage unit for three years and are extremely satisfied with the service. From day one, we received excellent assistance from Rishi. He is always friendly, professional, and above all, very committed.What really stands out is that Rishi not only answers questions but also actively thinks along with you. Whenever we encountered a problem or wanted to make adjustments, he quickly came up with practical and suitable solutions. This gave us a lot of confidence and made the entire process much easier and more pleasant.Communication was always smooth and clear, and as customers, we truly felt heard and appreciated. It is rare to experience such consistent and personal service.In short: a very positive experience and highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable storage unit with excellent service!
I've had a good experience with the service provided by the staff. I just have one question: the bus we used states that the first month of storage is free, but according to Purmerend, that only applies to newly opened branches. I'd like to know more about whether that's actually the case. Otherwise, it shouldn't be (anymore) on the bus.
