The boxes are delivered bare, and you can arrange them to your liking. There are cheaper upstairs boxes with stairs and a freight elevator. The boxes on the ground floor are more expensive but also larger. They're also relatively quick to move in. Oh, and the boxes are very damp and weren't suitable for my record and comic book collection!
