The employees there are sooo rude and stupid

Very disappointing experience.We reserved a 6 m³ storage unit based on the price shown online. After making the reservation, we received confirmation showing a reserved price of €12.03 per week with an additional discount of €6.01 per week when renting for at least 2 months.At the appointment, we were told by the employee that the prices shown online were basically not correct and that he could offer a "better deal" instead. We were told that three months would be free and that the remaining months would cost around €67 per month.However, after signing the contract, it became clear that no three free months had actually been included. The final costs were much higher than what was advertised online. The storage rent alone was €56 per month, plus €11.86 insurance, resulting in a total invoice of over €500 instead of the roughly €287 we expected based on the reservation.There was also confusion about the contract period. We were told February was included, but the contract ended on 31 January. Only after asking about this were we told that February could simply be added later if needed.I understand extra costs such as a deposit, insurance, or a lock, but the large difference between the advertised price and the final contract price was not explained properly.The most disappointing part is that I contacted the company directly by email to give them an opportunity to explain the situation before leaving a review. I never received any response.Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this location.

Perfect place to store your goods, kind staff, clean space

Friendly staff, complete service and acceptable pricing. The elevator trips are a bit of a hassle and exiting the facility without car (rare occasion) as well.
