Super easy, and everything works as it should. Communication is excellent, and every question is handled quickly. My belongings are safe and easily accessible. A great example for others.
We rented a mini storage in Eindhoven for our son, who needed a place to store his stuff while he was waiting to move the his new student accommodation. We found the price affordable. We needed storage for 1.5 month, so we started with monthly rent, and when we didn't need the storage any longer, cancellation was really easy through the app. We liked that there was no need to make arrangements, schedule meetings or entry times. We just went there, opened everything with the app, and of course we were happy that all his belongings were intact when we went to collect them. We were really satisfied.
Fijn contact en ook gemakkelijk te regelen, na mijn laatste ervaring met een zelfde soort opslagprovider zeer sceptisch over het concept. Maar Loads heeft me voorzien van alle antwoorden waar ik vragen over had. Top oplossing, zelfs deze tijd!
