We rented a storage unit starting on a Sunday. Since the office is closed on Sundays, we knew we had to register and check in on a day the office was open. According to their website, opening hours are Monday to Saturday. Based on this information, we went on the Saturday before our rental start date, only to find the office completely closed.It later turned out that they are only open two days a week, which is not mentioned anywhere — not on their website, not on the opening hours sign at the door, and not during the booking process. We were never informed about these limited opening hours.This lack of transparency caused tremendous hassle and extra costs. We had already rented a van and, at the last minute, had to find an alternative storage space. On top of that, construction work at our house had to be delayed because we couldn’t empty it as planned.We tried calling multiple times over the weekend and again on Monday, but no one ever answered the phone.Overall, this business is highly unreliable and poorly managed. I strongly recommend not renting storage space here unless you are willing to take significant risks.
