Had our motohome broken into recently at this secure facility during the late evening. As a customer of there’s I didn’t have an out of hours number. Had to sleep in the car all night outside the gate in case the thieves came back. Front of house staff were really good the next day. The 2 owners haven’t given a stuff Asked for the cctv for my insurance and they wouldn’t give it to me. Said they couldn’t down load it as it was to much info must be an outdated system As now days you can down load anything at a touch of a button (or user haven’t a clue how to use there own system) They lack professional skills when dealing with customers. I wonder if they have informed all the other caravan /motohome owners of the attempted theft as a courtesy to them.
