Coming down the motorway to Rotherham a stone got flipped up and hit my windscreen causing a chip, I called in to Halfords on the off chance and had a word with Ryan. He looked at it and said he could fix it. 30 minutes later , chip repaired, brilliant job , would recommend Halfords to anyone. Very professional and personable.
Felt compelled to leave a review after a not so nice experience at another Branch... Wanted to give a shoutout to the bike-team; particularly Alfie who has really looked after me, gave advice and really goes above and beyond everytime I come into store. Proof is in the pudding as ive just recently purchased my 4th bike at your store. Good staff keeps the good customers coming back! Thanks Again
I had an excellent experience at Halfords thanks to three fantastic staff members, one lovely lady and two gents, who went above and beyond to help me. I didn’t have my bank cards with me, but they kindly took the time to show me how to order a battery online so I could collect it in-store. They were patient, friendly, and genuinely willing to help, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across such attentive and thoughtful customer service, definitely a 5-star experience! Well done guys!
I visited this Halfords a few weeks ago with a faulty battery, and I just wanted to highlight how incredibly helpful the manager Chris was. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, professional, and clearly knew their stuff. They took the time to properly check the issue, explained everything clearly, and made sure I left with the problem fully sorted.It’s rare to come across such genuinely helpful customer service these days, and it really made a difference. A big thank you to the manager for going above and beyond I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this store to others!
