Not a great location and no lighting on site in the evening, a real pain having to call a hotline and be put on hold at entry and exit that just feels like you’re paying extra to actually get on site. The locks on the containers were very hard to open. We used this storage out of necessity as I’m sure most people would but it was very expensive to hire two units, which were initially tucked around a corner that the lorry could not access. I know there is better value for money and access out there. However, they are new Units, but a container is a container and I was paying a premium for their condition

Great storage solution that is well priced. 24 hour access but you have to phone a control room to get access outside of office hours (8am - 5pm) each container provides ample storage space and is well protected against the elements. Security is very robust on the containers themselves and the site security is good too with a guard and lots of CCTV. Currently using one of the standard size containers while I move house, it’s saving me a fortune on paying the moving company. They can just deal with the oversized and heavy stuff. I filled four transit vans full of stuff and the container still had room to spare. Now storage is competitively priced with other storage unit solutions, I highly recommend that you consider them if you’re in need of temporary storage.

What a wonderful experience. The whole process thus far has been fantastic. The web site was clear and helpful showing all the available options. Responses to e-mail queries has been great. Booking was easy and quick. I visited my storage for the first time today and the security guard was really helpful and friendly. I couldn't of asked for anything better, well done Now Storage.

Great unit, which has spray sealant foam around the edges inside to protect the contents, and wooden floors. Great size and a good price.The communication around viewing, booming, and checking in etc was great. And then visiting multiple times to store the contents of our house for when we go travelling has been very easy, whilst feeling very secure as they have manned security at the gate, which you have a password for entry, and out of hours it is monitored by a remote security company, who also can remotely open the gate by password
