We chose Avondale for our storage needs over a number of larger companies in the area, mainly as a result of the excellent initial customer contact we had and the pricing.The location is excellent with no issues with parking that you often find with larger companies in urban areas – it also helps that it's in the middle of some beautiful Cotswold countryside! The units are purpose built and this makes a difference in the quality of the units and the sizing. We used a 35 sq ft unit that worked perfectly for a variety of items stored prior to a house move/house decluttering. The rental also provides a free padlock for use with the unit which is unusual and very helpful for a storage facility. We had the facility for over two years and had no issues at any point.The team at Avondale are exceptional – friendly, helpful, knowledgable and always welcoming. Their advice on initial rental based on our requirements proved to be spot on and were always responsive on email and in person.We'd have no hesitation in recommending Avondale to anyone who needs additional storage for the long or short term. Pricing is very competitive and you get a much better and more experienced service than with the larger, franchised companies.

Having used self storage at Avondale for 6 months or so, I would 100% recommend this business. Storage units of various sizes, secure and clean. Boxes, tape and bubble wrap available to purchase on site. Great location, easy to get to and plenty of parking / loading area. Trolleys, pallet trucks and the lift also make it easy to move your items. The team of Henry, Claire and Malcolm are helpful and friendly, and get to know you on a personal level. A pleasure to deal with.
