Absolutely ridiculous! I hired people to move my belongings from my unit at Storebox to my new place, and now the door won’t open. I provided their details as requested when I rented the unit, yet access is blocked. I called the emergency number, and the lady who answered said she would contact the engineers but they are not responding. This is costing me lots of money and causing completely avoidable stress.Thank you, Storebox, for delivering the worst service ever!
Friendly, helpful and safe storage. I had storage for about 5 months while I was waiting fro my house to go through so was short term renting. It was great to have 24 hour access and I could drive my car right up to the container. I would use again without hesitation.
Moving house can be a lot of hassle and pretty stressful. Using Cambridge Storage Ltd wasn't. We put a sizeable chunk of our possessions into storage in the weeks leading up to the move to reduce the amount of stuff that needed to be moved on the moving day. It was easy to book the storage and pick up the key, the facility and the storage unit itself were clean and tidy, and easy to use. Knowing I had 24x7 access was reassuring - no needing to rush in before closing. Costs were clearly laid out up front, staff were friendly and helpful, and my cancellation and final payment were also dealt with simply and quickly. I really wish every business was this easy to work with!
I used a half container and had an excellent experience. I appreciated the 24 hour access with good lighting. The storage space was very clean when I took over it. The staff were friendly and helpful. Also I managed to leave my driving license in the office when registering, and the staff delivered it to my house that day when I phoned them about it - above and beyond the call of duty. I would definitely recommend this company.
