I recently used CB Self Storage and was very impressed with the whole experience. Setting up was straightforward and easy, and the process from start to finish was much simpler than I expected. What really stood out was how helpful and attentive they were. They genuinely listened to my needs, offered practical suggestions, and made sure the storage solution fitted exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend CB Self Storage to anyone needing reliable, flexible storage with a friendly and professional approach.

Hayley was terrific and made the entire rental and move in process easy, smooth, and uncomplicated. The place is modern and efficient, and the cost is very good. I’m very glad to have found this self storage!

We needed a last minute, small storage solution for several months, so we filled out the form at CB Self Storage. Hayley called me within 30 minutes, quickly understood our needs and recommended a solution. The next day we dropped off our things: she helped us quickly figure out how the facility works (entry code, elevator, finding our unit, etc.) and then we were all set! It was incredibly simple and efficient! The storage facility in Bar Hill is modern, new, and very well kept / clean and secure. It has a cargo elevator to upper floors with handy dollies/trolleys to use for heavier items. We felt very safe unloading our vehicle and storing things in our unit. This is a great facility run by a great team — thank you so much Hayley and the team at CB Self Storage!

I can honestly say that dealing with CB Storage was like a breath of fresh air. After a quick Internet Search, it was clear that it fitted the bill in terms of location and storage rates.I made an enquiry and was pleasantly surprised by the prompt response and the willingness to allow a tour. I was impressed by the facility and the depth of detail provided with regard to access, using the unit and in particular the large walking staircase.Once I had made the initial contact, I asked for a bit of time as I wasn’t quite ready to move items in. As promised a follow up call was received and a suitable unit for my needs was offered.I can now say that the whole experience has been simply perfect including the small details such as the provision of a robust combination lock.CB Storage is highly recommended and their service to the customer is simply amazing.
