Safestore Self Storage has been a proper lifesaver for us while we were between houses. The unit was clean, dry and easy to access, and the staff were friendly without being overbearing, which I always appreciate. Everything felt well organised, from the booking to getting the keys, and the security gave us peace of mind for our furniture and boxes.It’s not the cheapest option around, so I can’t quite give it full marks, but the service was solid and the whole experience was straightforward. If you need somewhere dependable to keep your things for a spell, this place does the job very well.
Tolga was really kind and efficient. He gave us multiple deals to fit our demand in less than 15 minutes, a quality of service pretty rare now a days.We really appreciated it, thank you.
We came in today for a storage unit. We made a call in the morning, and in the afternoon we already had our unit. The staff who helped us is incredibly helpful. He showed us around seeing the difference sized units to help our decision and very patiently explained the different contracts before setting things up for us. On a under mentioned note, the place is dog friendly. Overall highly recommended!
