The whole thing was an incredibly smooth and painless experience, they have a well oiled machine.From my first phone call to enquire, to gaining access, to the emails at check out, the customer service and communication has been first class. They have thought of everything.The facilities are spotless and in excellent condition. I was pleasantly surprised how much I could fit in my 25sq ft unit and the goods lift made getting my items up to the unit a much less physical job.If/ when I need further storage I will most definitely be back. I have used PadStore Oakham, for the past year and moved units in that time to suite my changing needs. Sarah and George have, from the very first enquiry, been superb ; always helpful, friendly, and very quick to respond. The units at Oakham are smart, well kept and very easy to use - the 24hr access has been very helpful, all my belongings have been kept safe and clean and above all all at a very reasonable price. I would definitely use again if required and would certainly recommend.
I rented a storage unit at the Oakham facility for just under two months during a house move from one side of Oakham to the other. I could not fault the service one bit, from the moment I got the keys to the moment I handed them back in. The communication was spot on and so was my unit. it was clean, tidy and very spacious. The facility is temperature controlled and boy did I notice. I was moving during the recent heatwave and it was really well air conditioned, I didn't have to worry about my possessions one bit. I would 100% use PadStore in the future!
