Highly recommend, the team were really friendly and helpful. They made time to come and show me around and the unit was made available the next day. It is in an easy to access and secure location. On exiting the unit the return process was again quick and smooth and I was refunded my deposit and additional credit the next day. I will be using them again if needed.
Just wanted to say how helpful a lovely lady call Sarah was when she helped me sort out my storage unit, she went above and beyond and was soo lovely on the phone. She made my experience soo easy and smooth and will be more than happy to use this storage service again.

Using Padstore self storage in Melton Mowbray was a very positive experience for me. Using their website to book my container storage was a breeze with lots of options for short or long term bookings with clear and concise prices to match your personal requirements. I used the flexible option for my needs and also took the additional insurance for added protection of my stored items. Communication from the vendor was excellent giving clear arrivals and departure procedures to access the site from my initial first entry and subsequent multiple site entries. The storage container was well ventilated, very clean and dry. The security of the container is very well protected with a shrouded high quality padlock. There are high quality security cameras covering the whole site which is monitored continuously and I particuarly liked the automated telephone access to the site to open the main gate. Having the flexible agreement allowed me to cancel when I needed to and the departure procedure was flawless and my key deposit returned promptly. Customer service was of the highest standard with no criticisms that I could find. Thank you Padstore.
