Applying for a storage unit was easy to arrange. Great communication ( emails and phone calls) from start to finish, with quick responses. Helpful when wishing to add an extra phone number to gate opening system. Storage units were clean and secure. Handing the unit back was a quick process, and money refunded was processed quickly. Would use again in the future.
I used Padstore's storage for 4 months, felt very comfortable leaving my possessions in a secure facility. George and Sarah were super helpful and accommodating to my needs and date changes. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future and highly recommend them.
Just had a 6 months let with Padstore just completed. Would highly recommend this company to anyone an excellent secure 24/7 facility & a pleasure to deal with. Lovely touch was sending a welcome to our new home card is a flashback to good old fashioned customer service.
Padstore were so helpful in setting up my storage needs, offering various options and good value contracts. The storage container was well maintained and had been freshly cleaned prior to me taking over the container. A nice touch was a contact card and free pen awaiting at the container access door when first unlocking my store. The site is well maintained and access gate is opened automatically when dialling a phone number. Security fencing surrounds the site and is monitored by CCTV. All the staff I encountered over the phone and also in person were so helpful. I can happily recommend this storage facility and would definitely use again if required.
