Took out a container storage contract with Rutland Self Store on 18th July. Everything went smooth and the staff helped with all my questions over the telephone and on arrival to the site to collect my key, was met by a lady called Kate who showed me to my unit and went through the gate codes etc. Had a slight problem with the external site gate on Sunday morning- called them for support, phone answered promptly and the staff were excellent and extremely polite in helping with my issue out of hours - resolved there and then. Definitely recommend RSS if you are looking for a secure lock up container, with staff that are extremely welcoming and supportive!

Great storage containers which we used for our house furniture when we were inbetween houses! We had no damp at all, inside was exceptionally dry and all our furniture was in excellent order when we visited each time. We used 2 storage containers for one year, so we went through all seasons with no damp whatsoever. Owners are very professional and helpful and I would highly recommend their facilities.

Very impressed with Rutland Self Store. Very friendly and helpful admin and an easy system allowing entry at all times. The containers are vlean and dry. The site is spacious and well laid out with excellent access for removal lorries. They have an on site 'Man with a van', which has been very useful. Overall, I can fully recommend this business.

We needed a storage container as we were relocating out of area. Rob and his team were able to accommodate our urgent request for storage. We would thoroughly recommend their storage facilities.
