Had to put a review for Andrew here. He was thoughtful and helpful through my check in and check out. I was stressed when I realise I had to fit my luggages in to a tricky cage unit which required many heavy lifting. He made everything swift and easy for me, helped me move my luggage to an easy location to load on to the taxi. It makes a difference to know how much he cares about making our experience exceptional. My contents were all safely stored and a very happy customer I am to return to them if I do need their help again.
Wonderful local company to work with, we've had two fantastic units with them for a number of years and never had an issue. Andy is great, so helpful and answered all our questions we've had promptly and clearly. Really can't recommend enough!
Great service from Andy, the manager and excellent value for money. I've recently moved from another storage provider, downsized (slightly) and am now saving almost half monthly. Site is immaculately clean and tidy, well laid out and the containers are also very clean and secure. Would highly recommend.
