The truth is, it's a disaster. You go in for a work-related accident, they don't register it as such, and they don't provide you with the necessary medical assistance. They deceive you by saying they're going to change the contingency plan, and that's a lie.

I have to say that this is my first time using the insurance company. The claims handler was a great professional with very good instructions, the medical staff were excellent, and the doctor was outstanding. Thank you very much! 😃

The worst private health insurance company I've ever dealt with. My partner had a workplace accident, and it seems like they lose money on every employee who goes on sick leave. They wash their hands of it, stringing you along with countless appointments only to then try and find any scrap of information that will allow them to avoid treating you and send you to the public healthcare system. They don't inform the patient about anything at all; you have to go in with all your questions already answered because they don't tell you anything. The specialists are always in a bad mood; it seems like they want you to leave as soon as possible. It's truly a shame that such a large chain has clinics like this with staff like this. It's supposed to be private care, and you can barely tell. I absolutely do not recommend them.

I'm giving it one star because I can't give it less; it's the worst mutual insurance company ever. The doctors are the least empathetic people I've ever met; it's clear they don't care about the patients, only about getting paid their commissions for not providing service. The only good thing is the rehabilitation service; the staff are very good and do the best they can with what they're given. I hope someday they find themselves in our situation.
