No one answers emails or phone calls. Utterly incompetent.

The space, the condition of the facilities, the service, and the warm hospitality are all top-notch. Any problem, issue, or need is addressed completely. I booked from Lanzarote because I had to move, and Sandra made things so easy from the first call that I didn't have to think twice. Excellent price and service.

I went there with a calf injury. The administration staff treated me very well, but when you finally see the doctor and find a truly great professional and wonderful person like Ana Mari, who then refers you to rehabilitation and is attended to by Natalia—equally professional and a lovely person—you can't help but feel grateful for having been lucky enough to receive such capable and resourceful help during this difficult time. My experience has truly been a 10 out of 10 in every way! Thank you, and I hope you continue to take such good care of those of us who have the misfortune of suffering a workplace accident!… Thanks again for everything!!!!
