Excellent location. Parking is very close to the entrance. Clean surroundings and storage units. The app-based locking mechanism works perfectly. Trolleys were available. My phone inquiry with customer service was handled quickly and with a callback, to my complete satisfaction.
I had a concrete column in my deposit that I didn’t expect, so I called customer service and got to change into another deposit unit right away. Very uncomplicated and straightforward, top customer service!
A great and straightforward way to store furniture and boxes for short or long periods.There were some initial difficulties, as the storage facility wasn't quite 100% finished at the opening – but the operators were very accommodating and understanding.I haven't been to the container for a while now, but I haven't noticed any further problems.The container is accessible at any time, but deliveries of furniture and other items should not be made after 6:30 pm.Otherwise, everything is great!
