I had a concrete column in my deposit that I didn’t expect, so I called customer service and got to change into another deposit unit right away. Very uncomplicated and straightforward, top customer service!
A great and hassle-free option for short- or long-term storage of furniture and boxes. There were some initial difficulties because the storage facility wasn't fully completed when it opened, but the operators were very accommodating and accommodating.I haven't been to the container in a while, but I haven't noticed any further problems. The container is accessible at any time, but furniture and belongings shouldn't be delivered after 6:30 p.m. Otherwise, everything's great!
Depending on its size, the box is very useful👍 for temporary storage during a move, as well as for storing things that aren't needed all the time, and even for multiple people renting the box. It's easily accessible 24/7, located behind the post office (at Schanzl). The only drawback is that there's no light in the box, so bring a flashlight.🔦
