The only downside is the lack of restrooms on site. At least for me, after a long drive and a lot of unloading, that's really difficult.Otherwise, the staff is incredibly friendly, the process is straightforward, the loading area is convenient, and they provide trolleys, etc. However, it's difficult to get large storage units; they're always booked up quickly.
